This Privacy Policy explains how Roliando ("Roliando", "we") processes the personal data of users ("you", "the user") of the website roliando.com and its services. Processing is governed by Law No. 25,326 on Personal Data Protection (Argentina) of the Argentine Republic and its complementary regulations.

1. Data controller

The data controller is the owner of Roliando, operating in the Argentine Republic. You can contact us at info@roliando.com.

2. What data we process

  • Account: email address and login credentials.
  • Profile: public name, avatar, biography, preferences and customization.
  • Content: campaigns, character sheets, systems, chat and forum messages, and any other content you create.
  • Usage: basic technical data (device, browser, language, time zone) and activity logs.
  • Push notifications: browser subscription identifier, if you enable them.
  • Payments: handled by the payment processor (see section 5). We do not store your card details.

3. Purposes

  • Providing and operating the service (account, campaigns, community).
  • Managing subscriptions and purchases, and fulfilling legal and accounting obligations.
  • Sending notifications and communications related to the service.
  • Ensuring security, preventing abuse and improving the platform.

The user gives their consent to this processing when creating an account and using the service, in accordance with Law No. 25,326.

4. Providers

To provide the service we use providers that may process data on our behalf:

  • Supabase — database, authentication and storage.
  • Cloudflare — hosting, delivery of the website and cookieless web analytics (aggregate page views and referrers, with no identifiers or profiling).
  • Polar — payment processing and invoicing.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by Polar, which acts as the official seller (Merchant of Record) and issues the receipt, handling any applicable taxes. Roliando does not receive or store the full details of your payment method; we only receive confirmation of the status of your subscription.

6. International transfers

Some providers may host or process data outside Argentina. In those cases we seek to ensure that adequate protection safeguards are in place, in accordance with Law No. 25,326 and the provisions of the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP).

7. Cookies and local storage

We use the browser's local storage (localStorage) and technical cookies necessary to log in and remember your preferences (theme, accessibility, sound). The providers mentioned above may use their own cookies.

No advertising: we do not show ads or use third-party advertising networks, so there are no advertising cookies.

8. Retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active and, afterwards, for the period necessary to fulfill legal obligations. You can request the deletion of your account.

9. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, updating and deletion of your data by writing to info@roliando.com. The Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP), the supervisory authority under Law No. 25,326, handles complaints and claims relating to data protection.

The data subject has the right to exercise the right of access free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest to that effect is demonstrated (art. 14, para. 3, Law No. 25,326).

10. Minors

The service is not directed at minors who do not have the authorization of their parents, guardians or legal representatives for the processing of their data.

We may update this policy. We will publish the current version on this page with its update date.
