Contact
There is a single address for everything, and a person reads it. We left out a contact form because the answer would come by email anyway, and this way we don't have to ask you for details just so you can write to us.
Write in Spanish or in English, whichever suits you. If it is a bug, telling us what you were doing when it happened saves the first round trip.
What it is for
Support: something is not working, you cannot log in, you have lost access to a game.
Subscriptions, invoicing, refunds and any charge you do not recognise.
Data protection: accessing your data, correcting it or asking for it to be deleted.
Intellectual property: if you hold rights and believe something on the site infringes them.
Press, collaborations and proposals from publishers.
When we reply
This is a small project: a few working days is normal. Rights-infringement notices and incidents that leave someone unable to play come first.
Before you write
Many “how do I do this” questions are already answered in the
guides
, which are open and need no account. If you cannot find yours, just write: we would rather answer twice than leave you stuck.
