About Roliando
Roliando is a virtual tabletop for playing role-playing games online, built in Spanish and designed first for people who play in Spanish. It runs in the browser, with nothing to install.
What it is
A role-playing session needs many things at once: character sheets that do the arithmetic for you, a map to move figures on, dice, music, the GM's notes and somewhere to talk. Roliando brings all of that onto one screen, for playing live by voice or in writing over weeks.
Beyond the systems that come ready-made, anyone can build their own (its attributes, its rolls, its character sheet) without writing a line of code, and use it at their table or share it with everyone else.
Who is behind it
Roliando is an independent project, operating from the Argentine Republic, and is not affiliated with any role-playing game publisher. It is developed continuously and published at roliando.com. Behind the contact address there is a person who answers.
How it pays for itself
Anyone using something free deserves to know what pays for it. Roliando is funded by two things only:
Voluntary subscriptions, which lift the creation limits and open up the full table (3D view, broadcast mode, teams and unlimited voice).
A commission on what creators sell in the Workshop.
There is no advertising: Roliando shows no ads to anyone, free accounts included.
